Introduction of Electronic Goods and Transport Bill of Lading in Ukraine

In the next two years, Ukraine will implement an experimental project on the introduction of an electronic waybill for domestic freight transportation.

This project was approved by the Government on May 30, 2024. The resolution provides for the integration of the e-TTN system with other state information resources and testing of their electronic interaction. Among them is a system of weighing in motion, a single register of goods and transport invoices for the movement of alcoholic beverages, a single state system of electronic wood accounting and much more.

Since 2019, the Ministry, together with international partners and donors, has been actively working on the digitization of goods and transport invoices. The use of e-TTN has significant advantages for business and the state. This will help reduce time and resource costs, reduce the impact of the human factor, and minimize corruption risks. E-TTN will ensure a quick exchange of information between all transport participants and reduce the risk of document loss or damage.
