E-Queue and the State Customs Service of Ukraine: Maximum Reliability

In order to prevent possible abuses and increase the efficiency of the system, e-Queue has brought the integration with the State Customs Service of Ukraine to a new level. This step is aimed at ensuring maximum reliability and control over vehicles crossing the country’s borders.

Now, thanks to automated data analysis, the e-Queue system checks the numbers of trucks and their countries of registration, comparing this information with the records made when crossing the border. This approach ensures that only authentic and verified vehicles remain in the electronic queue.

In order to ensure the integrity and reliability of the system, the developers introduced additional restrictions. Now, to create a queue entry, you need to consider the following:

• A record can be created only when the vehicle is physically located on the territory of Ukraine at the time of creation of the queue.
• The number of the vehicle and the country of its registration must be entered correctly and reliably.
• The system automatically verifies the data about the vehicle, ensuring that it corresponds to the actual state of affairs.

These innovations not only increase the level of security and trust in the system, but also contribute to better and more efficient organization of transport flows, simplifying the process of crossing the border and using e-Queue. Such a combined approach to process control and automation confirms the importance of innovation in modern transport management.
