The IRU has defined a map of checkpoints for Ukrainian carriers.

The International Road Transport Union has created an updated map of border points for freight transport between Ukraine and European countries. At each point, there will be detailed information about the average loading of the pass, crossing rules and all contact information, which can facilitate the carrier’s choice of this or that point for faster cargo transportation. This is primarily related to the war in Ukraine, which ultimately significantly changed the export and import of goods to/from Ukraine, so this map can help a little to stabilize trade and economic processes. An important advantage of the interactive map is the constant updating of the database, which contains information about the throughput of this or that checkpoint.
