Summing up

On Friday, January 18, we summed up the work of the “Neolit Logistics” team in 2018. Of course, the past year was not the easiest for the company, but despite all the difficulties, the result was positive.

We are happy to share our achievements:

•      income increased by 60% (compared to 2017)
•      sales increased by 61% (compared to 2017)
•      the volume of sales in the aviation direction has increased by more than 2 times, and in customs and brokerage services – by 2.5 times
•      increased the fleet of its own rolling stock of road and rail

Last year we productively worked on the company’s image and style: 

•       launched an updated modern corporate website
•       have renamed the company
•       defined mission, vision and values
•       developed a new and improved existing promotional products
•       rendered large-scale sponsorship to Sparta Basketball Club.

By the way, this season he is in the 1st League of Ukraine, having lost only one game in overtime.

As for our big and friendly neolitfamily, we:

•       we created 22 new high-paying jobs in the company
•       held a corporate event in honor of the 10th anniversary of the brand Neolit
•       participated in volleyball competitions in Poland, organized by our partners
•       organized and held a football tournament with the participation of our customers
•       refused to hold a New Year’s corporate party, thereby assisting the child in need

We also decided that all offices of the company should have one corporate style. And we are already working on it.

By the way, the meeting was held for the first time in the format of a strategic session, where employees made and substantiated Road Maps for 2019.
