Requirements for the Transport of Dangerous Goods

Transport of dangerous goods is strictly regulated by the Ministry vnutrinney Affairs of Ukraine Order № 22 from 26.07.2004g., “On the rules of road zatverdzhennya transported nebezpechnih vantazhіv”.

Transport of dangerous goods includes the observance of a number of different rules and requirements that are required to perform, as well as confirmation of the relevant documents. For example, not all drivers may be accepted for the transport of dangerous goods, not exactly like all the traffic.

In the carriage of cargo oasnyh rules and requirements apply to drivers, vehicles, packaging, accompanying documentation.

Drivers are trained, which includes:

1. Study the information about the dangers of cargo, marking of vehicles and packaging;
2. The study of the properties and the basic parameters of dangerous goods;
3. First aid;
4. Actions in the event of an emergency;

Also, the vehicle driver transporting dangerous goods is prohibited to stop near petrol stations and settlements, smoking in a vehicle (allowed at a distance of not less than 50 meters), open fire (allowed at a distance less than 200 meters), to brake sharply, overtaking vehicles funds, which are moving at a speed exceeding 30 km / h, to allow the management of the vehicle by third parties.
