Participation of the GC Neolit Logistics in solving the problem of the lack of chlorine in Ukraine

On June 15, 2018, the company of strategic importance Dniproazot stopped its work for an indefinite period. After stopping “Dneproazot” vodokanals throughout Ukraine stopped receiving chlorine from the enterprise for water purification. In some of them the situation is critical. For example, in the areas of the Zaporozhye region, there is almost no chlorine reserve, so the water pressure in the cranes has already been reduced there. At the same time, only in Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Zhytomyr regions, water utilities have their own facilities for the production of substances for water purification.

This problem has spread across all regions of Ukraine and has affected as much as residents of the country, and a number of enterprises for the production of beverages.

Stakeholders and the government found a solution to the problem with the lack of chlorine in Ukraine due to imports from a number of countries.

GK “Neolit Logisticsh” set about such a complex and dangerous transportation.

A number of interested companies, together with the Neolit Logistics, bring Romanian chlorine to Ukraine. The first car with chlorine is already in the country, the second is sent with empty containers to Romania and within a few days will deliver chlorine.

Liquefied chlorine is transported in specially equipped vehicles with horizontal laying with fixation. The car body is equipped with anchorages and accommodates 13 containers for transportation of chlorine, which have an individual number and are entered in the register. Transportation of liquefied chlorine requires the carrier to be especially careful, because the slightest non-observance of safety standards can provoke irreparable damage to all living things within a radius of 1000 meters. Delivery of any amount of chlorine is considered as the transportation of a dangerous cargo of increased danger.
