Higher records for the cost of transporting goods in Europe

External unfavorable factors are actively influencing supply chains, the main of which is Russian aggression against the sovereignty of Ukraine, rising inflation, a decline in demand, and much more.
Transport Intelligence, Upply and IRU produced an in-depth report on the road freight rate benchmark and produced conclusions for the 2nd quarter of 2022.
The war in Ukraine affected not only us, Ukrainians, but also affected all possible chains of the European market, where the price of diesel fuel increased by more than 50%.
The second important factor is inflation, where Spain is the anti-record holder, followed by Britain, Italy, Germany and France.
The third important factor is the lack of the required number of drivers; in Germany, for example, according to analysts, there is a shortage of up to 30,000 truck drivers.
