Directors of logistics do not become a manager after a year of work – this truth should be learned at the stage of career planning of a specialist. Like any other sphere, logistics requires the connection of certain luggage specific knowledge, but, unlike the same marketing expert or financier, the logistician must have a “hot” “field” experience and do not shy away, if necessary, dirty your hands to better understand the logic process and improve the system in the future.
