From Germany to Ukraine

Oversized cargo transportation across Europe requires detailed planning, regulatory expertise and the right equipment. In October, Neolit Logistics successfully completed a complex project involving the delivery of large industrial separators from Germany to Ukraine.

The route crossed Germany and Poland, adding regulatory and logistical complexity.

Cargo specifications

The shipment included:

  • FI S 240 separator measuring 10.26 × 3.46 × 3.95 m, approx. 7 tons;
  • FI S 310 separator measuring 11.06 × 3.46 × 3.95 m, approx. 7 tons;
  • additional technical components.

Due to their dimensions, the units were classified as oversized cargo.

Transport solution

Two extendable low-bed trailers with a loading height of up to 0.5 meters were selected. This configuration ensured safe transport while complying with European road infrastructure limits.

Permits and route coordination

Neolit Logistics handled:

  • oversized transport permits in Germany and Poland;
  • route approvals and infrastructure checks;
  • escort arrangements where required.

Document preparation took approximately three weeks.

Final result

The shipment departed in November and reached Korosten, Ukraine, within one week. Delivery was completed on schedule, without delays or damage.

This case highlights the value of professional logistics management in oversized international transport.
