Electronic queues are already in the near future

In 2022, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine started work on the possibility of e-queues for trucks. Which in the future can speed up customs clearance and reduce tracks when crossing the border into Ukraine. And since October, Ukrainian truck drivers will have such an opportunity (albeit only in a test format). MIU plans to initially launch an online site for registration, and at the end of 2022, a mobile application will be announced for all interested parties. It is important to note that the service of electronic queues will be completely free of charge and, unfortunately, will not completely solve the problem of traffic jams. But during the cold seasons, it will give the truck driver the opportunity to wait his turn in a comfortable and warm place.
