eQueue: 2 years of effective operation and new horizons

Two years ago, on December 12, 2022, a unique project for our country was launched in Ukraine – the eQueue system. It allowed us to radically change the approach to organizing border crossings, making this process more transparent, convenient and safe. During this time, the system has become an important part of Ukraine’s logistics infrastructure and has gained the trust of thousands of users.

Results that speak for themselves

Over two years of operation, eQueue has provided:

• Over 1.3 million border crossings by vehicles.
• More than 170 thousand crossings by buses.
• Thousands of tons of transported cargo and tens of thousands of transported passengers, who were relieved of hours of waiting at checkpoints.

The busiest checkpoints among trucks were:

• “Porubne – Syret”,
• “Krakovets – Korchova”,
• “Yagodyn – Dorohusk”.

Key advantages of the system

1. The organization of queues. eQueue significantly reduced the load on border checkpoints and eliminated the chaos associated with physical waiting in line.
2. Transparency. The system eliminated corruption risks and provided access to up-to-date information for all users.
3. Convenience. The platform is available in 7 languages ​​and has a mobile application that has been downloaded over 90 thousand times.

Continuous development and improvement

The project team continues to improve the functionality of the system. Currently, eQueue operates in 17 checkpoints for freight transport and 28 for buses. A hotline operates daily to support carriers, and the system is regularly updated taking into account user needs.

In total, more than 120 thousand carriers and passengers highly appreciated the convenience of using the system.

Looking to the future

eQueue not only solves current transportation issues, but also creates the basis for further integration of Ukraine into the European logistics space. This is an example of how innovations make everyday life more comfortable and efficient.

Two years is just the beginning. eQueue continues to move forward, opening up new opportunities for everyone who crosses the border.
