Transportation of stage sets and concert equipment for the “Pokolenie” festival across Ukraine.

The Neolit ​​Logistics Group participated in setting up creative spaces in Dnipro, Kyiv, and Lviv by transporting mobile branded container modules, set pieces, and equipment for the “Pokolenie” music festival.

Cargo: Branded containers (mobile locations)

Specifics: Exterior artistic painting (artistic design); cargo dimensions exceeding standard limits in terms of width and height.

Route: across Ukraine

What was done:

Arrangement of oversized low-loader trailers for container loading, combined with the provision of curtain-sided trucks for transporting standard-sized equipment and other set elements. Arrival at unloading sites according to schedule to ensure the timely installation of set elements in alignment with the festival timetable.

The containers were placed on the platform and securely fastened with tie-down straps passed through special slots, ensuring they remained completely immobile during transport.

All modules, as well as all associated equipment and décor for the future art space, were delivered on schedule to each location, retaining their original vibrant appearance.
