Liquid bulk cargo varies in composition, properties, and transportation requirements, so the vehicle and organizational details need to be agreed in advance for each shipment. Neolit Logistics arranges liquid bulk transportation by road tankers across Ukraine and on international routes.
Before preparing a quote, we collect information about the type of liquid, volume or weight, temperature and other special requirements, addresses, and site conditions. Based on this information, we select the tanker, plan the transport process, and coordinate loading, unloading, and the required documents.
We arrange liquid cargo transport by road tankers for food-grade, industrial, and other products. These include:
The request should include the exact product name, its characteristics, and supporting documents, as requirements may differ even for liquids within the same group.
If special transport rules apply to the liquid, we plan the shipment in line with the requirements for dangerous goods transport.
For road tanker transport, we select a tank with the appropriate purpose and capacity and check whether it is suitable for the specified liquid.
Before departure, the road tanker is inspected to make sure it is technically sound and the tank is intact. We also agree on the route, vehicle arrival date, and the requirements of the sender and recipient.
If the liquid cargo trucking requires a specific temperature regime, this must be specified before the vehicle is selected. It is important to provide not only the required temperature during transit but also the temperature during loading and product acceptance.
When selecting the tanker truck transport, we consider whether the required temperature can be maintained throughout all stages of the shipment.
Before the road tanker arrives, we agree on the work schedule, exact addresses, access to the sites, and how the operations will be carried out. We clarify in advance what equipment is available at the sender’s and recipient’s sites and who will coordinate loading and unloading.
Before filling, we assess whether the tank is suitable for the specified liquid. After loading, we check that the tanker is properly closed and ready for the trip. If the delivery includes several stops, their sequence is determined during route planning.
Unloading is carried out according to the agreed procedure and the rules of the receiving site. Liquid cargo transportation is planned with the properties of the liquid, route duration, and delivery-site conditions in mind.
If required, the service package can include cargo insurance. The terms and scope of coverage are agreed before departure.
For each shipment, we prepare transport documents and other supporting paperwork containing information about the product. The required documents, as well as the need for permits, depend on the type of liquid, route, and applicable requirements. For international liquid bulk transport, we also take customs formalities into account. If required, customs brokerage is available.
While the truck is on the road, a manager keeps an eye on it. They log the departure, track its progress, and confirm arrival at the unloading point, and you get updates on every key stage of the delivery.
