Transporting heavy construction equipment is always a logistics challenge, where standard solutions fail. Recently, the Neolit Logistics team successfully completed a complex project: transporting a Liebherr PR-744 crawler truck across Ukraine. Despite the significant weight and non-standard dimensions of the cargo, the project was completed strictly within the agreed-upon deadline.

What is the complexity of the project?
The LGP (Low Ground Pressure) bulldozer modification is designed to work on soft and swampy soils, which is why the machine has an extended wheelbase and extra-wide tracks.
When planning the trip, Neolit engineers took into account the following critical parameters:
Weight: 27.5 tons
Width: 3.6 meters
Height: 3.44 meters
Total length: 10.52 meters (base part 6 m + protruding attachments 4.52 m).
Such dimensions exclude random routes. An error of even a few centimeters when measuring the height of the overpass or the width of the passage could block traffic on the route.
The turnkey delivery organization from Neolit Logistics included four main steps:
The result for the client
Thanks to the coordinated work of the team, the Liebherr PR-744 LGP bulldozer arrived at the construction site exactly on time, without damage or legal delays on the way. For the construction and industrial business, Neolit Logistics has once again proven: we take on all the risks and bureaucracy, guaranteeing a predictable result even when transporting the most complex and heaviest machines.
