Our freight forwarding Poland–Ukraine service is used by manufacturers selling their products abroad and companies buying goods from Polish suppliers. Some send a full truckload; others order just a few pallets. At Neolit Logistics, we arrange deliveries in both directions, taking the details of each shipment into account.
On a freight transport Poland Ukraine route, we need to know who is responsible for handing the goods over to the carrier. When goods leave Ukraine, we settle this with the Ukrainian side. When we collect them in Poland, we work it out with the local supplier.
Road freight to Poland does not have to start at a warehouse. We can collect finished products, raw materials or equipment straight from the production site and take them to the recipient. Before dispatch, we check whether the truck can easily access the factory grounds.
For large shipments, we offer road freight in a dedicated vehicle. The goods then go to the buyer without being consolidated with other shipments.
Orders from Polish factories and wholesale warehouses are not always ready for collection on the same day. We therefore start by confirming the dispatch date. Some warehouses only release goods by prior appointment, which we also take into account.
Goods may have to wait in a warehouse before they go to the buyer. If so, we can look after storage and get them ready to send.

Pallets, boxes of spare parts and heavy industrial equipment need different handling. A forklift can move pallets, for example, but a large machine tool will need other equipment and a carefully planned way of securing it.
Our shipments include:
For oversized equipment, we select the vehicle and securing method separately. Dangerous goods transport must meet ADR requirements for vehicles, documents and driver training.

We mostly use trucks on routes between the two countries. For dry goods, a tarpaulin-covered truck will do. A curtainsider semi-trailer makes side and top loading easier. Food, flowers or medicines that must be kept at a set temperature need a refrigerated vehicle.
Not every order needs a whole truck. Smaller shipments from Poland can travel by groupage delivery. Several customers’ goods share one vehicle, so the transport costs are split between the senders.
For urgent small shipments, we consider light commercial vehicles. Rail is an option for raw materials in large volumes. It can form part of a route that also uses trucks or sea transport.
Examples include Kyiv–Warsaw, Lviv–Kraków, Odesa–Wrocław and Kharkiv–Gdańsk. Goods can also pass through Przemyśl and Lublin on their way to other Polish cities or further into Europe.
Poland–Ukraine logistics also depends on where the goods clear customs. After crossing the border, a truck sometimes goes to a customs terminal first and only proceeds to the recipient’s warehouse once clearance is complete.
The shortest road is not always the most convenient one for a truck. Available border crossings, road restrictions and the situation at the border all affect the route. If a shipment is heading further west, we can arrange freight to Germany.

For a commercial load, the usual paperwork is an invoice, a packing list and the CMR international consignment note. These must agree on the package count, names of the goods and details of the parties.
Some products also need certificates of origin, phytosanitary documents or permits. The customs declaration is prepared according to the export or import procedure.
We can help with the paperwork through Neolit’s customs broker services. We’ll go through the paperwork before the goods leave and point out anything that is missing.
Two loads moving between the same cities can cost different amounts. The weight and volume of the goods, vehicle body type, number of addresses and any extra work all matter. Temperature requirements and oversized dimensions also mean allowing for special transport conditions.
To price cargo delivery from Ukraine to Poland, we need the route, the load details and the date it will be ready. We use those details to choose a delivery format and give an initial price.
Yes, we can arrange freight from Poland to Ukraine with collection at two addresses. Both suppliers need to have the goods ready before the truck arrives. We also plan how the loads will fit in the vehicle after each collection.
Yes. We can work out an arrival time that suits the recipient. We ask about the warehouse’s opening hours and how to get onto the site before dispatch. The driver gets those details so they know where to pull up and whom to speak to.
We notify the recipient and revise the arrival estimate. If the delay means missing the unloading slot, we arrange a new one. The warehouse’s working hours determine what we can do next.
We need to check this before dispatch. Different parts of the shipment may require separate customs procedures. The return process depends on the goods’ customs status and the documents available.
Yes. Copies already on hand are enough for us to begin a preliminary review. When documents arrive one by one, we work out which ones are still needed. The complete mandatory set must be in place for customs clearance.
