Illusionists Props Transportation

In the summer of this year, the central office of Neolit ​​Logistics received a request from the world-famous organization of illusionists International Magicians Society (New York). They had a large-scale cycle of performances planned in Thailand in early fall. The requisite for performances was in Ukraine owned by a man who had never encountered air travel.

The task was to instruct the shipper on all the nuances regarding the shipment and the opening of the ATA-Carnet, so that later the requisite could return back to Ukraine without hindrance.

There were also parallel negotiations with the representative of the consignee in Thailand. According to his recommendations, changes were made to the ATA-Carnet. After receiving the above document, it was possible to talk about the timing of the collection of cargo. Within a few days, the requisite was delivered to Borispol airport, zatamozhen by our agent and delivered to Bangkok airport via Ukrainian airlines.

The cargo was delivered on time, with a margin of a few days before the start of submissions. The Thai side somewhat delayed the return shipment, as there was some misunderstanding between the customer of the carriage (International magicians society) and his agent in Bangkok, who had to deliver the cargo back to the airport and arrange the documents properly. In the process of joint negotiations, the situation was resolved and the requisite was immediately brought back to Ukraine, cleared through customs and transferred to its owner.
