Freight market forecasts to 2021 of the Civil Code Neolit ​​Logistics

The most actively developing area of the Ukrainian logistics market is freight transportation. A review of priorities in this field promises that in 2021 cargo transportation will bring significant profits. Now there are new directions of freight transportation to the countries of the European Union, the general growth in the industry should be brought by deliveries to the countries of the Near Abroad, in particular, road transportation to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, as well as long-distance road transportation in Ukraine. At the same time, it should be noted that the state does not sufficiently support the transport industry, but, despite this, it is developing dynamically.

Peculiarities of logistics in Ukraine
The development and functioning of the state economy as a whole can be judged by how well-developed the field of freight transportation is in the country. Having studied the volumes of cargo transportation and the nature of transportation, it is possible to draw conclusions about the prosperity or extinction of certain economic sectors.

According to statistics, the largest logistics company in Ukraine is Ukrzaliznytsia. Railway transportation is 60% of the total volume of freight traffic. Most often, railway transportation is profitable for large deliveries over long distances. At the same time, the railway track and rolling stock of “Ukrzaliznytsia” were significantly worn out, therefore the prices for transportation by railway transport are constantly increasing. This forces cargo owners to look for alternative, more profitable options for themselves, for example, to contact the service of road freight transportation.

Advantages of auto transport of goods
Last year, Ukrainian truck carriers increased the volume of truck traffic by 28%. The constant availability of customers from such large companies as “Neolit” is due to the following advantages of autotransportation of goods:

high maneuverability;
the ability to rationally adapt to constantly changing market requirements;
simple adaptation to the legislative framework.
Experts claim that such dynamics of the development of the road freight transport market will be maintained throughout 2021. It is predicted that truck transportation of goods over long distances, transportation of oversized goods, and delivery by motor vehicle in international directions will gain popularity.

Today, most of the volume of road freight transportation is concentrated in large transport companies. They provide customers with additional services, thereby making the industry more important. Taking this into account, the transport industry has every chance to continue its development in 2021, if the general political and economic situation in Ukraine and the world market does not prevent it.
