Neolit ​​Logistics has carried out international transportation with an asterisk.
We transported the electric disconnectors of the RLZD by means of a 20-ton tilt car, which were loaded manually from the side.
Route: Zaporozhye – Letovice, Czech Republic
The design of the disconnector consists of metal parts, which are attached to the fragile ceramic components, so it was especially important to ensure secure fastening of the load in the car.
In order for the cargo to reach its destination intact and undamaged, it was decided to use three levels of fastening directly on the load:
– wire connection of RLZD frames;
– installation of metal limiters between rows of structures;
– fixing of cargo by belts on height of a car.
The entire fastening process was performed according to the instructions for maintaining the integrity of the cargo and was completely controlled by the driver. Thank you all for your coordinated work!
