Development and implementation of the project for the transportation of a 105-ton transformer

In November 2017, Neolit Logistics provided services for the delivery of the ATDCTN autotransformer – 125000/220/110 – 68 U1.

Cargo parameters: length – 9.62 m, width – 3.48 m, height – 4.06 m, weight – 105 tons.

The terms of the contract included loading and unloading work, delivery of the autotransformer ATDCTN – 125000/220/110 – 68 U1, development of the work project with all safety regulations, development of the scheme for attaching the autotransformer ATDCTN – 125000/220/110 – 68 U1 to the vehicle.

A MAN TGA 41.660 four-axle tractor and a Goldhofer modular trawl were used to transport the ATDCTN – 125000/220/110 – 68 U1 autotransformer, as well as more than 11 units of auxiliary equipment – dump trucks, tractors, rollers, specialized hydraulic lifts.

The main difficulty in the organization of the transportation process was the terrible weather conditions and the complete lack of road surface, in fact, the transportation was carried out off-road. Transportation distance – 60 km.

Thanks to the round-the-clock work and professionalism of Neolit Logistics employees, the project was completed exactly on time and at the highest quality level.
